The release date of WildStar, the upcoming MMO from Carbine, has been announced. Get ready to jump in to Nexus on June 3. This announcement confirms what this week's leak led us to believe to be WildStar's release date.
The Standard Edition of WildStar will hit shelves for $60 and includes 30 days of game time, three guest passes to invite some friends to join you, and an Eldan housing item.
The Digital Deluxe Edition, which costs $75, is packed with everything in the Standard Edition, along with a bunch of other goodies. Those who opt for this version will get an Eldan Hoverboard mount and costume set, a Player Title, and rare Green and Gold dyes to permanently add to their collection.
Players with the Standard Edition will be able to retroactively upgrade to the Digital Deluxe version through the online WildStar store.
In addition to the two editions, pre-ordering the MMO comes with some bonuses as well. If you pre-order, starting on March 19th you'll get instant access to the WildStar beta, along with access to a three-day Head Start program to login to the game a few days before the release. You'll also get an exclusive Rocket house model, a Ship Trophy vanity item for your house, an inventory bag, and an in-game title. Finally, you'll be able to pre-register your character and guild name online.
